Substack (the service I’m using for this newsletter) introduced subscriber chat a while ago, and I decided to opt in for it to see if it can be of any use. Unfortunately, its thread format is not interesting to me and it seems to be available only on their app (don’t get enough notifications?). So, I’m thinking of shutting it down already.
